- Built an end-to-end Last-Mile Cost Simulator for the PAN-India darkstore network using actual order data and driving distances; enabled testing of any network configuration against real demand in under 2 minutes.
- Designed a Micro P1 Store Location Optimiser to place specialised high-velocity darkstores within the existing standard store network, subject to actual order density and spatial exclusion constraints.
- Led FC-to-Darkstore linehaul route optimisation via dock scheduling and automated routing; improved inventory flow and warehouse throughput across the Minutes network.
- Developed a Last-Mile Beat Optimiser for hyperlocal delivery; lowered vehicle cost / GMV to 4.5% and improved on-time picking at FCs.

Owned network design & optimisation for large shipments (ACs, refrigerators, TVs) - accountable for cost, asset utilisation, speed, and reliability.

- Built a custom VRP-based MH-to-DH routing solver in Python - allocates right truck type and hop additions; generating INR 1.2 Cr/month in savings.
