Physical Intelligence - Day 89
CityVP Manjit

The Statue of Liberty is today a green statue, but that is because it is easier for it's care to allow the process of oxidation to occur to cover the copper with Patina, which is that blue-green film of oxidized copper. Otherwise great energy needs to be taken to restore it to its copper colour.
One of the things that I know my family is lax about is duct cleaning but there is also a downside to becoming a germophobe (as an extreme fear of germs of an obsession with cleanliness) is NOT a physical intelligence. It can prove difficult living with people who are germophobes or to a more acute disorder - OCD (obsessive compulsive disorder). The balance in the environment must consider how our immune system needs to be exposed in order for it function. The weakening of our immune system can lead to more disease and death than the fear that can cause a degradation of our immune system - so to a certain degree we need exposure to be natural rather than unnatural attitude to our environment. Think George Carlin here :
George Carlin was is not taking extreme view of the human condition, he just points out how extreme our thinking can become when we choose to do things that have predictable consequences, which for the extremely fearful feels like unintended consequence - but weakening our own immune system is not an unintended consequence, it is failure of physical intelligence. I note the four vital areas that Carlin jests about or at least I can see the link to physical intelligence - though that which can make us laugh should not necessarily be a laughing matter.
The difference between green or red or blue or orange or even black politics is that physical intelligence should be an intelligence - our own wisdom - developed from an intelligent sensing of our own senses and listening to what our bodies are telling us. For sure we can go and have a medical and get a professional view of what we cannot directly see but in most cases we forget how many times that medical will give us a clean bill of health - so it is physically intelligent to focus our life not on the fear that we dying but the intelligence that we are living.
Even the healthy homes video above goes into extreme details, many of which can just drive us to distraction because we need the capacity to be fully present to our environment in order to be physically intelligent. The irony here is that if were simply doing that we would not require green politics but each year grow wiser to creating an environment that supports our own physical intelligence. We are responsible for the quality of our own lives but in the wisdom of that quality that is what expresses itself as a society - and we are far from being physically intelligent as a society - though we have the means of politics to argue that as belief. Ultimately physical intelligence is not a group dynamic - it is an individual growing in the physicality of their own emerging intelligence and trying to change someone else is simply politics.
It is not physically intelligent to treat intelligence as an academic view because physical intelligence is a practical action that might actually test current prescribed theories about academic views of intelligence :
Once we are familiar with these theories, living our life as a theoretical construct is not life, but it is great programming if we become robots (which with the onset of artificial intelligence is not entirely out of the question). We were taught at school with a particular form of education suited to a life that was good for the processed form of work life we enter but physical intelligence is end-to-end existence that runs across work, home and play - and this is not necessarily what the education system focuses on (or at least focuses more on the system than on actual education). To hammer that as a point (as if life was meant to be points) is this final video called "controversy of intelligence".
