Role Description We are looking for a highly skilled Full Stack Developer to design, build, and maintain secure, scalable, and high-performance applications across both front-end and back-end systems. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in API development, modern front-end frameworks, and back-end architecture, with a solid understanding of performance optimisation, security best practices, and modern software design. This is a hands-on, execution-driven role requiring strong problem-solving skills and the ability to deliver solutions that directly support product and business growth.

Minimum requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of proven experience as a Full Stack Developer with hands-on front-end and back-end development.
• Demonstrated experience in:

-Designing, developing, and managing APIs.

-Shipping secure, scalable, and high-performance web applications.

• Advantageous:
• Relevant professional certifications in cloud or software development technologies, such as:

-AWS Certified Developer

-Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer Associate

-Google Cloud Associate Cloud Engineer

-Or other equivalent industry-recognised certifications.

Key responsbilities

• Build responsive, high-quality user interfaces using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern front-end frameworks.
• Ensure cross-browser compatibility and help optimise applications for speed, scalability, and performance.
• Develop and maintain secure, well-documented APIs and web services (internal and external).
• Build and maintain back-end services, contributing to reliability, performance, and security.
• Write and maintain unit, integration, and end-to-end tests to keep code quality high.
• Integrate third-party services and verification systems, ensuring secure and reliable data exchange.
• Write clean, maintainable, and scalable code across the front-end and back-end.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other developers to deliver features.
• Contribute clear technical documentation for code, processes, and integrations.
• Apply security best practices to protect applications and data and take part in code reviews.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues efficiently to keep systems stable.
