Full Stack Developer (React & Java)

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Full Stack Developer with strong experience in React.js and Java to design, develop, test, and maintain scalable web applications. The successful candidate will be responsible for building responsive front-end interfaces and robust back-end services while ensuring application performance, security, and reliability.

The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, UI/UX designers, QA engineers, and other developers, to deliver high-quality software solutions aligned with business requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain web applications using React.js for the front end and Java for the back end.
• Build responsive, user-friendly interfaces using modern JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
• Develop and maintain RESTful APIs, backend services, and business logic using Java and related frameworks.
• Apply Java frameworks such as Spring Boot, Spring MVC, and Spring Data to develop scalable applications.
• Integrate front-end components with backend services, APIs, and databases.
• Design, develop, and optimize relational database queries, data models, and persistence layers.
• Implement application security, authentication, authorization, and data protection best practices.
• Write clean, maintainable, reusable, and well-documented code following established coding standards.
• Perform unit testing, integration testing, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure application quality.
• Collaborate with QA engineers to investigate and resolve defects and performance issues.
• Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and solution design activities.
• Work with DevOps teams to support application deployment, CI/CD pipelines, and production releases.
• Monitor application performance and implement improvements to scalability, reliability, and maintainability.
• Participate in Agile development activities, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Contribute to technical documentation and continuously improve development practices.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of professional experience in full stack software development.
• Strong hands-on experience with React.js and modern JavaScript (ES6+).
• Proficiency in Java and object-oriented programming principles.
• Experience with Spring Boot and related Java frameworks.
• Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and backend application development.
• Experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, Oracle, or Microsoft SQL Server.
• Familiarity with Git or other version control systems.
• Experience writing unit tests and integration tests using appropriate testing frameworks.
• Understanding of application security, performance optimization, and software development best practices.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and the software development lifecycle.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience developing and deploying cloud-based applications using Microsoft Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and containerized application deployment.
• Experience with CI/CD tools and automated deployment pipelines.
• Knowledge of messaging systems such as Apache Kafka or RabbitMQ.
• Experience with automated front-end testing tools such as Jest, React Testing Library, or Cypress.
• Familiarity with state management libraries such as Redux or Zustand.
• Experience working with enterprise applications, distributed systems, or high-availability platforms.
• Exposure to observability, application monitoring, and performance profiling tools.
