Full-stack Engineer (React / Node)

About The Role

You'll join a pod with a lead, a QA and a PM or designer, working in the client's GitHub, Linear and Slack. You'll own features from ticket to production.

Responsibilities

• Build features across React front ends and Node APIs
• Write tests and review pull requests
• Take part in sprint planning and estimation
• Improve performance, reliability and developer experience
• Follow QaziniTech secure coding standards

Requirements

• 3+ years building production web apps
• Strong TypeScript, React and Node.js
• Solid SQL and REST or GraphQL API design
• Comfortable with Git, code review and CI

Nice to have

• Next.js or TanStack
• Postgres, AWS or GCP

Working environment

Office-based in Nairobi with hybrid flexibility after probation. Pods overlap 6 hours with the client.
