I am a 25 year old task-oriented and reliable nurse with incredible reputation of academic and professional excellence in nursing arena. I have over two years of clinical experience working in busy outpatient facilities while contributing optimally to the well-being of humanity through evidence informed nursing practice, education, leadership and research.
I have served as a nurse for two years working at Siaya county referral hospital located in Western Kenya both as a nursing officer intern and a contracted nursing staff. My roles revolve around academic, professional and leadership perspectives by offering formal or informal nursing education to student nurses and patients, mentoring junior nurses and spearheading teammates in resources management respectively.
I am a registered Nursing Officer (Reg. no. 298408) by the Nursing council of Kenya.I acquired my degree in nursing from the University of Nairobi in 2020. Moreover, I undertook a course in Leadership Management and Governance for Health Systems Strengthening by AMREF Health Africa. Furthermore, I am a certified Sub-Saharan Covid-19 rapid response team (RRT) by AMREF Health Africa.
