I am an experienced human resource professional spanning both the private and non-profit sectors. I also excel at building strong partnerships with stakeholders to ensure talent strategies are aligned with broader business priorities, enabling organisations to achieve their strategic and operational goals.

Talent Acquisition Manager, Africa at PATH (2020-01 – 2021-11)
In this role, I led a regionally dispersed recruitment team across Zambia, Kenya, Senegal, and the DRC, optimising workload distribution, strengthening delivery, and ensuring consistent compliance across countries. I partnered closely with business leaders as a strategic hiring advisor while simultaneously recruiting for key roles. This role also marked my first exposure to DEI hiring, where I collaborated with a DEI consultant to understand inclusive hiring principles, co-facilitated training for managers, and embedded practical tools (structured interviews, diverse slates, skills-based criteria) into our day-to-day inclusive recruitment practices, and coached managers to build more representative talent pipelines.
The result was a function that operated with greater consistency and inclusion, able to fill critical roles efficiently, maintain compliance across countries, and align with global HR.
Global Talent Acquisition Manager at PATH (2019-08 – 2019-12)
In this role, I managed a geographically distributed team of Recruiting Coordinators (RCs) across Africa and Asia, ensuring operational excellence in recruitment and consistent adherence to global recruitment standards. I balanced regional hiring needs with team capacity, oversaw day-to-day workflows, and provided continuous coaching and performance support to strengthen service delivery. I also collaborated with U.S.-based recruiting teams to maintain a unified global RC framework, contributed to recruitment strategy and process optimisation as part of the Global Recruiting Leadership Team, and ensured seamless operations through effective onboarding of new RCs, management of vendor relationships, and oversight of key recruiting systems and compliance requirements.
Senior Global Recruiter, Southern Africa at PATH (2019-01 – 2019-08)
I managed the full end-to-end recruiting process primarily across PATH's Southern Africa country offices, providing recruitment support in other regions when needed, while building strong talent pipelines through targeted market research, networking, and social sourcing. I partnered closely with hiring teams, advising on talent market trends, structured interviews, and collaborating with HRBPs to align recruitment with broader talent strategies. I also managed external search partners, ensured compliance with PATH policies and local labour laws, and maintained accurate candidate records throughout the process.
In addition, I optimised recruiting operations by refining workflows, coaching hiring managers, and sharing best practices with regional and global HR teams, all while proactively cultivating future-ready talent pools.
Regional Recruiter, Southern Africa at PATH (2016-02 – 2018-12)
I quickly transitioned into this in-house recruitment role by forging strong partnerships with HRBPs and long-serving hiring managers. In this role, led the recruitment efforts for PATH's country offices in Southern Africa, managing the full hiring lifecycle while building a deep understanding of project and support function needs, labour-market dynamics, and donor-funded recruitment requirements, enabling efficient, compliant, and high-quality hiring across the region. My role spanned sourcing and pipeline development, structured interviewing, interview logistics coordination, and competitive offer negotiation, as well as training hiring managers on best-practice recruitment methods.
I collaborated closely with HRBPs and Legal on immigration, compensation, and benefits matters, ensured consistency in hiring across countries, and contributed to continuous process optimisation and shared best practices across Africa and global HR teams.
Recruitment Consultant and Service Delivery Manager at MAC STAFFING SOLUTIONS (2012-10 – 2016-02)
As lead Recruitment Consultant, I supervised a team of recruitment consultants, overseeing job-order allocation, workflow coordination, and daily delivery while simultaneously managing my own portfolio of recruitment assignments. I drove business growth by acquiring new clients and strengthening relationships with existing ones, ensuring sustained revenue and repeat engagements. In my service-delivery capacity, I ensured the quality and consistency of recruitment outputs across the team, resolved escalations, and upheld high standards in candidate selection, client satisfaction, and process efficiency.
