Responsible for all operational supervisory activities in cash, clearing, and transfers.
Dual custodian to the strong room
Adhering to stipulated guidelines on KYC by ensuring proper identification documents are provided on all accounts opened and supervision required transactions.
Supervision of account opening and registration of customers in the M wallet mobile banking platform
Minimizing risks and losses by monitoring and ensuring proper documentation of all incoming and issued office stationery.
Maintaining all fixed deposits in the branch.
