Proven background in food systems, nutrition-sensitive agriculture, community nutrition, and MEAL, with hands-on experience in project implementation, data collection and analysis, monitoring indicators, and technical reporting. Has worked with international research institutions, universities, and private-sector partners to design, implement, and evaluate food security and nutrition interventions targeting vulnerable populations.

I hold a Master of Science (MSc) in Food Science and Technology, with strong training in food processing, food quality and safety, nutrition, product development, and analytical evaluation of foods, including proximate, physicochemical, sensory, and microbiological analyses. I also hold a Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture with a specialization in Crop Production, which provided a solid foundation in crop management, agricultural systems, and primary production. This academic background equips me with an integrated understanding of agri-food systems from crop production through food processing to final consumer products.
