I am a freelance customer service aspirant with experience in the hospitality industry. I have worked as a Front Office Attendant in a hotel and a Waiter in a restaurant. I have a strong passion for customer service and I am always looking to learn new skills and gain more experience.

I am very detail-oriented and I strive to provide the best customer service possible. I have excellent communication skills and I am able to handle challenging customer situations with ease. I am also highly organized and have the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
