A graduate architect possessing knowledge in construction projects both in design phase and execution of the projects from their conception all the way to handing over. I am well equipped with the ability to perform site tasks under pressure, thus capable of ensuring site handing over happens within schedule and meets the set standards. Design softwares knowledge equips me with the ability to produce legible drawings that take keen consideration of sustainability measures, aesthetic appeal, functionality, budgetary constraints and presenting them to full comprehension to the relevant stakeholders.
In summary, my experience includes, design of building projects from conception to construction drawings, site supervision, evaluation of construction costs and attendance of site meetings.

Site supervision to ensure the project remains within budget and time constraints
Attending site meetings to communicate the expected needs and deliberate on the next course of action.
Preparation of reports documenting site activities.
Using design software Archicad to produce drawings that world later be used on site.
Using Lumion and photoshop to produce photo-realistic renders to demonstrate to client how the end design would look like.
Organising for procurement of materials necessary for construction activities to take place.
Evaluating invoices and quotations from suppliers and subcontractors.
