I served as a childcare manager and to be specific I was working with infected kids. (HIV positive), my duties were not limited to: -
- Assigning qualified matrons to their dormitories.
- Booking appointment for their medical checkup twice a month.
- Following up their medication and nutrition as per the doctor’s prescription
- Preparing matrons payroll and submit to the manager in charge.
- working with Kenya child department and report to my immediate manager.

- preparing fundraising on behalf of the organization.
- Working closely with external auditors to audit the organization.
- Preparing payroll on behalf of the manager of the organization.
- Preparing organization quarterly budget and report to the managing director for approval.
