I am a passionate Customer Service Representative with an experience spanning 4+ years in both the Hospitality Industry and in Call Centre Companies.
I harness excellent communication, leadership and management skills and also possess high levels of emotional intelligence.
I have previously worked for Frontier Marketing as a merchandiser for Faraja Premium Tea for three months in 2018 April-August under a contract.
September 2018 I got a chance to work for Milan Lounge and Restaurant as a supervisor for two years, contract ended in November 2020.
June 2021 to August 2022 I worked for Call Center International as a team leader under an international airline called Spirit Airlines.
I cleared my Primary School Education in 2013, at Upperhill Junior Academy. I then joined St’ Mary’s Highschool in 2014 to 2017.
