Assistant Branch Operations Officer/Assistant Accountant, Ngao Credit Limited June 2022- To date Key Responsibilities: Loan Processing- Responsible for recording new loan account details on all relevant company systems referring to relevant document. Loan Portfolio-Processing of all branch commissions payable to the sales agents ensuring the NCL agency guidelines are adhered to. Reporting- reporting of accounts, in line with defined policies and procedures and adherence procedures and instructions of Operations Manager Credit Control -Analyze Customer statement and proactively advise the business teams on accounts that qualify for top ups, advances and enhance cross selling at the branch. Customer Experience and Collaboration- Liaise with colleagues to ensure that Loans Operations is fully joined up in the end-to-end client experience, including; Team Leadership- Act as the Subject Matter Expert for the rest of the branch on the NCL loan products and policies4, responding positively and supportively to enquiries and requests from other teams. General Ledger Monitoring- Perform bank reconciliation for all bank accounts used for branch operations and monitoring of clients’ collection accounts and Motisha Current account to ensure the balances are always approaching zero. Reconcile all ledgers allocated from time to time ensuring timelines and accuracy. Cash Management - In charge of daily management of petty cash and Imprest system as stipulated in the cash management policy and procedure. FINANCE & ACCOUNTING ASSISTANT| RELATIONS OFFICER ACADEMIC & PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS PROFESSIONAL WORK EXPERIENCE Custodian of the branch safe combination/key as per the company safe guidelines Loan Portfolio Management-Providing prospective loan applicants advice to help them choose the best type of loan for their needs, as well as explaining the loan's specific requirements and conditions. Asset Management- Custodian of branch Fixed Assets as per the outlined policy, ensuring the safe custody of NCL property.
