Embellishment Planner
Roles
- Ensure embellishment (Heat Seal, Embroidery and Printing) material availability and inventory management.
- Ensure cost efficiency during ordering of embellishment material.
- Ensure embellishment material picked and used for production is the same in the SAP and no mismatch/workflow error remains unsolved.
- Drive embellishment cost savings by efficient planning (right MOQ, production run setup)
- Manage the weekly embellishment planning, ensure the needed priorities are communicated and capacities are filled (make to stock & make to order).
- Order stickers in the most cost-efficient way.
- Manage daily just input and output embellishment data.
- Manage all relevant reports (daily stock report, capacity check report, availability check report etc.) to advise correct information in time.
- Analyze capacity and ensure that for short and long term it is in line with Company’s capabilities
- Conduct regular meetings on forecast/demand planning/other service-related topics in order to reach highest service level.
ICT Authority-Ajira Digital | October 2021 to October 2022
- Supporting and Maintenance of Company Computer Systems that is troubleshooting problems,
configuration of hardware and software, implementation and adaptation of new tools and setups.
- Provision of help desk support for technical assistance in person, via phone chat and also following up with customers and users to ensure complete resolution.
- Taking part in the preparation and planning of the IT Budget, as well as tracking of actual expenses.
- Maintaining system standards and procedures on network related issues and technically enforcing them.
- Performing disaster recovery operations and data backups.
- Implementation and Maintenance of the network infrastructure.
- Participating in deployment of new IT systems and those that need an upgrade and also training the employees on these systems.
- Ensuring Successful Implementation of ICT Authority policies related to system documentation and security.
