Am a Business Management graduate with work experience in Credit control looking for avenues in ambitious companies to uplift my career.
I have recently worked as a loans and Collections officer at a micro finance Company equipping myself with skills such as excellent customer engagement skills, Confidence and persistence, good numeracy skills, strong IT skills and the ability to stay calm under pressure. My previous work experience as a Sales and Marketing Intern has strengthened my skills and competencies in customer service, efficiency in operations management, relationship management, documentation, and business development through handling internal and external clients. Aside from this, I can work continuously on a task until completion.
I am now looking for a position where my ability to maintain and improve the technical systems of a company will be utilized.
