I am passionate about giving the best experience to customers who I get in contact with. I value their opinions and see-through in assisting them to solve their problems and answer their questions. In my 1year of experience in customer service, one thing that I have learned and used is customer obsession. By this I mean, getting to understand the issue, putting myself in their position or situation, and helping them the same way I would want to be assisted.
As a customer service agent, I have learned about patience, understanding, the skill of thinking fast, and the art of problem-solving. Most importantly, I have learned about customer obsession, by that I mean that, from the start of the contact with the customer, I get to understand the issue, putting myself in their position than solving the problem for them, as I would want my case to be solved.
I am a Degree holder in Social communication from Tangaza University College. Skills learned and earned are Public relations and communications.
