I am equally well vast in value chain analysis, current agricultural policy frameworks within the region, project implementation, budgets and funds control and monitoring and evaluation frameworks. My key competencies include program management, strategic planning, business plan development, capacity development, strategic partnerships and alliances and reporting and knowledge management.
