I am a qualified and well experienced customer service agent who over the years has been equipped with different strategies to push company sales as well as handling customer's queries/complaints. I am goal oriented and achieve most if not all of the set targets and KPIs. I value team work and the ability to achieve as a team.

Having worked with different companies over the years, I have gained skills and lessons on handling client both physically and on phone. Also, I have acquired vast knowledge in pushing sales both physiand remotely.

Going to the University of Nairobi definitely moulded and instilled adulthood into the person I am today.
