I have four years of experience as a customer care and support.I have worked as a customer care at multichoice whereby I worked for a year under Gotv and Dstv services .I have also worked as a customer care at a internet service providing company for three years.

I have a diploma in telecommunication engineering from Kabete National polytechnic.In 2019 November,I did customer care training in multichoice at horizon contact center.
