I am a results-oriented professional with experience in medical documentation, data management, data analysis, interpretation, and reporting, with the purpose of assuring quality in data collection, cleaning checks and data input into the database. I have exemplary computer skills and I am well conversant with Microsoft Office, Google workspaces and Microsoft 365.
I have 6 years of experience in health records management, report writing, appointment management, data entry, data analysis, data presentation and visualization, coding and indexing of medical diagnosis using ICD 10 and ICD 11.
I have 2 years of experience as a virtual assistant with efficiency tasks involving writing, editing and proofreading, calendar management, email management, social media management, creating and reviewing customer spreadsheets and keep online records.
Besides my Bachelors Degree in Health Records and Information Management, I have done several courses to sharpen my data entry, data analysis and transcription skills.
