I am a Clinical Medicine graduate from Mount Kenya University, Thika and registered with the Clinical Officers Council of Kenya. I have knowledge and skills essential for clinical practice as well as clinic management. I am well informed about various strategies of health care and health promotion among different populations and I have excellent communication skills necessary for creating and maintaining a rapport with different age groups.
My ultimate goal in life is to be involved in policy making as regards healthcare to ensure that all cohorts and populations get adequate and dignified healthcare services in Kenya
Assisting students in integration of theory and practice, specific to the course's learning activities and level of the learner Evaluating and assessing students' performance in the wards during their junior, intermediate and senior clerkship Coordinating ward assessments and evaluation of the clinical practical Mentoring students
Rotating in medical, surgical, pediatric and reproductive health wards Admitting patients, commencing treatment, daily follow up on patients until discharge Performing minor theatre and reproductive health procedures Going to the community and performing community diagnosis, encouraging community participation and training
