I am passionate about delivering superior interactions with customers by hearing issues, requirements and requests to provide first-class customized solutions.

I am a detail-oriented team player with strong organizational skills. Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously with a high degree of accuracy. My vast experience in all customer channels have enabled me to deeply understand their needs and I get a great deal of satisfaction out of helping solve those complaints.

I hold a bachelor degree of Commerce with a Major in Procurement and a minor in Sales and Marketing attaining a 2nd Class Upper Division from the University of Nairobi.
