From February2021 To July 2021, Quality technician under Sheer Consultant contractor responsibilities were:
Maintenance of the automated quality inspection machines,namely: Multi,Mcal and M1 machines. Passing glass defect samples through the inspection machines and setting the machines to required settings; Making sure all sensors through the conveyor system at the inspection area were working; Making different glass defect samples; Cleaning of the inspection machines.•
From October 2020 to December 2020, as a maintenance intern, Internship responsibilities were a hands-on experience on:
Glass forming and production equipment
• Maintenance of utility equipment-1250 & 500KVA Gen sets
• Air compressor maintenance-Reciprocating & screw type
• Servicing of gearbox and water pumps
• Bottle container printing and decorating machine
• Engineering fabrication and fitting
• Good housekeeping
• Safe working procedures
• Mold sandblasting machines
• Powder welding and arc welding
• Grinding and fine polishing of molds
• General machining jobs – Lathe work, milling, engraving, drilling and grinding;General plant and equipment maintenance.
From Feb 2019 TO May 2019 as a mechanical engineering intern:Internship responsibilities were:
Safety awareness and practices; Risk assessment of various task in installation and maintenance; Elevator installation assembly methodology and carrying out various related tasks; General elevator maintenance methodology; Mechanical repair analysis;Electrical and mechanical fault finding and diagnostics; Various elevator speed control systems (AC and
DC) methodology; Understanding microprocessors and interlocking system based elevator control systems; Electro-mechanical control relays troubleshooting; Internal and external customer relations; Report writing on daily tasks carried out in installations and maintenance.
