Throughout my professional experience in the field of IT, I have gained valuable expertise and skills in various areas. I have worked in diverse roles that have allowed me to develop a well-rounded understanding of IT systems, software development, networking, and cybersecurity.

I began my journey in IT as an intern, where I assisted in troubleshooting hardware and software issues, providing technical support to end-users, and managing IT infrastructure. This initial role helped me grasp the fundamentals of IT operations and customer service.

As I progressed in my career, I took on roles such as IT technician, where I was responsible for configuring and maintaining computer systems, diagnosing and resolving technical issues, and implementing cybersecurity measures. This experience enhanced my troubleshooting abilities and deepened my understanding of network protocols, operating systems, and hardware components.
