I am an experienced Research, Monitoring and Evaluation expert with both theoretical and practical experience having worked as a Monitoring and Evaluation consultant for organizations such as ETC Consulting Ltd, Regiotrade Consultants and a South North Nexus funded project in Turkana County. My work has entailed Formulation of M&E Frameworks such as Conceptual Framework, Results Framework, Logical Framework and theory of change; M&E Indicators and Linking indicators, Responding to Terms of References and Expression of Interests, Writing proposals, Formulation of questionnaires, Coding questionnaires for Digital Data Collection, Training of Enumerators, Conducting Key Informant interviews and Focus group discussions, Data Analysis, Report Writing and Feedback Workshops. I also have the knowledge of questionnaire formulation using XLS forms for data collection in ODK/ Kobo collect/Survey CTO having formulated numerous questionnaires for data collection.

I am also conversant with Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS), STATA and Microsoft office applications. I am a graduate with a Masters in Agricultural Economics from the University of Eldoret.
