• Co-ordinated teams of technical leads, Quality Analysts, enterprise Architects, SMES, developers, external vendors, and users to integrate peripheral systems to the core banking system in the ongoing mega project to change the core banking system in co-operative bank.
• Successfully managed a team from AVAYA, AGNOSHIN and coop bank to upgrade the contact centre system AAAD/IVR serving all cooperative bank customers.

• I successfully managed some of the largest MOUs(County government, Kenya Police, Administration Police) between the bank and employers, maintaining the 1-30 days arrears book within the allowed thresholds.
• As the appointed champion for trainings in the retail remedial credit unit, I organized and participated in successful NPL and PAR management trainings to the branch credit officers, branch managers, regional staff, and other credit departments staff in cooperative bank.
• I participated in the successful project of developing a debt management system(ecollect), for cooperative bank, playing a key role as the retail loans and project management SME.
