Austine Odhiambo

am a third-year BTech student at the University of Nairobi, majoring in Computer Science. Throughout my studies, I have gained a solid foundation in computer programming, algorithms, databases, and software development. I have also completed several course projects, including building a web application and designing a database system, which have honed my technical skills and problem-solving abilities.

I have worked at a cyber for a year now as a cyber attendant. In the course of that period I gained the following skills and experiences;Technical skills: You have likely gained hands-on experience with computer hardware and software, and may have developed troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in resolving customer issues.

Customer service: You have likely developed your customer service skills by working with a diverse group of customers and helping them with their computer and internet needs.

Cash handling: You have likely gained experience handling cash transactions and operating a cash register, which can be valuable in a variety of customer-facing roles.

Communication skills: You have likely improved your communication skills by speaking with customers, explaining technical concepts, and resolving issues in a professional manner.

I have been working as a cybercafe attendant for the past one year and in the course of that period I've gained some experience to help me build my career

I have been/still studying btech at the university of Nairobi, and I'm expecting to graduate come next year 2024
