• Automotive & industrial lubricants formulation and product development.
• Formulated and developed new lubricant products, optimizing additive packages and dosage rates to meet OEM and international standards (API, ACEA,JASO).
• Performed quality control on new raw materials and additives to ensure compliance with supplier specifications and in-house required standards.
• Troubleshooting production issues and modifying lubricant formulations to prevent non-conforming finished blends and allow finished products achieve target viscosities, viscosity index etc.
• Formulate and blend water-soluble metalworking coolants from specialized chemical and additive packages and establishing right coolant working coefficients for proper determination of the quality of the emulsion during its usage.
• Monitoring blenders and associated equipment, ensuring proper maintenance and minimizing downtime for operational efficiency.
• Conducted in-process quality control by sampling from blenders during production to ensure compliance between first laboratory small-batch (trials) specifications and in-process bulk production.
• Preparation of batch production sheets and verification of the right dosing of raw materials and selected additive packages.
• Training production team on safety protocols, standard operating procedures and monitor non-conforming safety practices during production, product packaging and finished batch dispatch.
• Conduct emulsion sampling from tube mills for coolant management and performance optimization.
• Training client teams on right balance of coolant working concentrations to ensure product quality, rust-free steel products.
• Inspecting of finished steel products to determine nature of rust (if any) and provide mitigation strategies.
• Provision of post sales services like right concentration usage with metal working fluids.
• Inspect and monitor clients' fuel storage depots to ensure safe storage compliance.
• Perform laboratory testing of fuels for contaminants and undesired substances.
• Advise clients on use of ultra-high efficiency filters for contaminant-free fuel delivery.
• Install Donaldson ultra-high efficiency filters and tank breathers on fuel delivery trucks, dispensing points, and storage depots.
