· Receiving and acknowledging deliveries in the depot and in SAP as assigned by the Team Leader.

· Preparation and creation of Delivery Notes & Invoices

· Ensure Tallying of products is done for received and dispatched at the depot.

· Ensure that the products in the depot are well arranged/stacked Banking of Company cheques as assigned by the Team Leader.

· Undertake Daily and Monthly stocks inventory to compare physical and book stocks

· Prepare Tally reports for incoming and outgoing deliveries from the depots.

· Ensure proper and orderly filing of Invoices, Weighbridge tickets and general correspondences

· Preparation and submission Daily Sales and Stocks reports

· Basic knowledge of (SAP) will be an added advantage.
