• Ensuring a safe working environment and use of personal protective equipment by all employees/service providers working or visiting the plant

• Ensuring proper documentation of all production activities, documenting the same in the SAP/google drive in real- time and producing relevant reports as may be required by management.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Setting up machines as per standard operating procedures (SOPs), ensuring they are working properly and producing quality product in accordance with the specifications in the batch manufacturing record (BMR).
• Ensuring assigned machines work at full capacity, stocked with the needed materials, and performing in-process periodic checks during manufacturing for output (quality and quantity).
• Logging/recording all data required during the manufacturing process in line with SOPs, batch records, and participating in effective and detailed handover with incoming shift.
