I come with five years of experience in customer relations. I aim to be the magical bridge between the organisation I work for and the customers.

My journey in customer relations started in 2014 at Octagon Data Systems. I started out as an intern in customer support. In the last 5 years, I've worked my way up to being the customer relations manager.

I am Diploma holder in Information Communication Technology.
