I am writing to express my interest for the position of Human Resource Manager.
I am a certified, licensed, and full member of Kenya Institute of Human Resources Management (IHRM), with over nine (9) years Human Resources and Administrationexperience. I possess a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management from Catholic University as well as a Higher National diploma from the Institute of Human Resources Management. I have recently graduated with a Master in Industrial and Employment Relations from the Turin University and the International Training College of the ILO (ITC-ILO)-An ILO funded program.
Your position describes same if not similar responsibilities in which I have exceled in my current and previous experience. I have demonstrated ability to work under pressure and adapt to different multi – cultural environment. My excellent interpersonal skills, ability to implement and follow existing policies, sound decision- making skills, integrity, zest for challenge, HR, procurement as well as outstanding administrative support ability present me as a candidate you may want to consider for the role.
My Experience as the Head of Human Resources with Acentria Group and, Human Resources, Operations and Admin Manager with ADRES group and Pro-Mentors Trust has sharpened my skills inadministration, Procurement, HR policy and system creation, recruitment and talent management, performance management, people relations and reward management, operations management, consultants file system maintenance among others. In my earlier position working as Human Resource/Administration Officer at Brevilla Group, I was charged with among other duties implementing HR procedures, administration, and procurement support services which I find relevant to serve in this position. I have also had the opportunity to attend training seminars with IHRM, which have enabled me to keep up with current changes in Kenyan Labor Laws and trends in HR and administration.
