1.Preparation of bills of quantities based on the approved set of architectural and structural drawings.

• Preparation of schedule of materials and bills of labour.

3.preparation of schedule of unit rates.

• Tender evaluation.
• Preparation of payment certificates.
• Valuation of works.
• Periodic project site inspection.
• Attending project site management meetings and minute writing.
• Re- measurements works.

I hold a Diploma in quantity surveying at Thika technical training institute . I have been engaged in this field for four years at public works office at Murang'a County.
