• Provide management with independent and objective end-to-end Operational Risk oversight in line with the Enterprise Risk Management Framework (ERMF)
• Provide assurance that the Operational Risk Framework and relevant Standards have been implemented through Conformance Reviews.
• Chaired the Combined Assurance forum, where I reviewed plans from all assurance providers across the three lines of defence to ensure they are fit for purpose and all key areas have been scoped. 
• Preparation of risk reports and presentation of the same to governance committees including the Board Audit Committees of the Bank and its subsidiaries.
• Perform independent review and challenge of business /function performance and risk profile.
• Assess, challenge and monitor the current and forward-looking Operational Risk exposure (financial and non-financial) i.e. considering all framework elements, strategic planning, business expansions/contractions and other major change programmes, including New and Amended Product Approval (NAPA).
