Benard Machel

I am a specialist with knowledge in biochemistry and business management. I graduated from Kenyatta university with bachelors in general science in 2019. I am currently working as a reservations manager at Mugenya Resort.

My major skills include business management, research and data analysis, computer skills, communication skills, commercial awareness and problem solving skills. During my tenure as a manager, I have achieved a customer engagement by 15%. Also I have managed to create successful working relationships with both clients and fellow employs.

I do landscaping on free days when I'm not in office and i have a passion in flowers and reading educative material

I have worked at Kuenhe+Nagel as a casual worker at the airport from 2020-2021. I managed to create successful working relationships with my colleagues and other clients. I am currently working as a reservations manager at Mugenya Resort.

My main duties are to facilitate upward communication with the management, to coordinate with repairs and maintenance department to restore faulty items, to handle and manage all cash flow, capacity building, to supervise the other workers and ensuring smooth flow of activities.

I have a Bachelors in general science and a Diploma in business management. My core courses include,medical biochemistry, food biochemistry, leadership, cytology, gene technology, Commerce, Accounting, Business law, and general zoology
