I am a quick learner, strong Christian, honest, attentive to detail, dependable, hard-working individual who can be counted upon to finish what I start. I am a Bachelor of Commerce graduate.
I would love to secure an opportunity in either of the following departments, Finance, Accounting or
Auditing. I believe that working under any of these units will be the best fit for me to kick-start my long career journey.
My greatest strength is attention to detail, dependable, and a proactive nature. I am also a people person as I value some degree of teamwork among employees in the department to ensure timely targets are achieved. I am quite familiar with Quickbooks, and Advanced Excel as well as proficient in Microsoft Office.
Recording transactions in the general ledger
Verifying all payments made from the Bank statement.
Updating and maintaining all creditors’ accounts.
I have more than 1 year experience in performing tax returns as well as statutory compliance which includes, PAYE, VAT, Annual Returns, NHIF & NSSF contributions.
I have performed several duties in my previous roles including;
Preparing payrolls,
Making budget forecast, account payable & receivable,
Preparing management accounts, managing petty cash,
Preparing Invoices.
