Currently, I am working as a Group Head of Safety and Transport Operations, where I handle roles such as Performance management, change management to align with the overall business strategy, overseeing the Implementation of risk assessment procedures, ensuring compliance with all statutory requirements and group OSHA Policy, providing guidance about the implementation, improvement and upgrading of the OSHA system as well as reviewing and analyzing fleet performance.
