Bernard Mbui

I am a bachelor of commerce graduate from KCA University. I have worked as an account receivable at the Kenya School of Monetary Studies. I achieved bringing down a debt that had bulged from hundreds of millions to several million.

Currently am on assignment at the Central Bank of Kenya in the asset and inventory section. I have created a register for all items being procured and put measures like tagging and also have a periodic census of the assets.

• Ensure accounts credit position are up to date
• Accounts reconciliation
• Report writing weekly for the section and for the department
• Filing invoices, demand letters for reference
• Ensure clients withhold 2% of debt owing.
• Communicate to clients regarding debt owing.
• Collect debts.
• Update client’s accounts.
• Filling and retrieving of documents.
• Receipt payment and banking of cheque
