I am Experienced Customer Service Executive with a demonstrated history of working in Customer Care, Marketing and advertising in the Sacco industry. Strong customer success and support professional with a Bachelors in Cooperative Business focused in Marketing from The cooperative University of Kenya.
I graduated with a bachelors degree in cooperative business marketing option in 2018, and was offered an Customer Relations internship position at Safaricom Sacco Ltd. I loved working with customers and managing and growing my accounts, the industry we were in just was very appealing to me. After that, I stayed 3 months and learned a ton about how to build and manage accounts successfully and I ended up becoming a top performer in my group before leaving.
I later was recruited back to pursue a very similar position within the same organization. I’ve been Safaricom Sacco for about 4 years with this company. I then left to pursue a very similar position within the industry at Sauti Sacco Ltd as the Marketing Manager which was more exciting and I feel ready to take my career to the next level so that’s why I’m currently looking for a new opportunity.
I graduated with a Bachelors Degree in Cooperative Business Marketing Option Second Upper Division in 2018.
