In the years have gotten an opportunity to work, have worked as a customer service representative for most organization. Working in this role, have learnt how to professionally deal with clients in a courteous manner, that really helped organizations in retaining current clients and accruing new clients.

I have done a degree in communication, which is relevant in aiding communication in every level of organization.
