Undertaking a bachelor's degree in Anthropology has not only enabled me to appreciate the value of interpersonal skills but also strongly grounded me in organizational skills with particular focus in effective communication, thorough planning and analysis, teamwork and attention to details. However, because of the inherent desire to produce quality work or service that would be the most satisfactory to the client and members of the organisation, I have found that I can be too self critical in the pursuit of these endeavours, sometimes leading to burnout. In mitigation of this I have appreciated even more collaboration with colleagues and also learnt to celebrate the wins together.
