I am a multi-skilled person with invaluable experiences acquired from the diverse social institutions that I have worked with in my career path in various regions of this country. I am a seasoned team player with exemplary interpersonal and communication skills, problem solving and management skills with 10 years of experience in community-based organizations as a social worker, counsel and an administrator. I have exemplary outstanding skills in operations such as counseling, psychosocial support, planning, budgeting, monitoring, evaluating and coordinating operations to achieve desirable results.

I work in fast pace and under no supervision to deliver great results.

• Organize and do training and workshops to the community, social workers and CHE trainers concerning child protection rights as per child Act.
• Monitor the other departments at the center levels e.g. feeding program, procurements, farm etc.
• Do case studies of those children and families that need more attention in terms of health, shelter, food, education and spiritual intervention.
• Do counseling and offer psychosocial support to children and parents especially those that abuse children and neglect them – women and child right equality and advocacy. 
• Preparation and processing of school fees for the students both at high school, colleges and university 
• Organize programs for parents and children like camps, training.
• Prepare annual budget for the center and do monthly, quarterly and annual reports 
• Update all children bio – information
