I hold a Bachelors degree in Human Resource Management, with proven HR and admin skills, customer care skills, excellent communication skills, accuracy and public relations skills.

I tasks, including recruitment and onboarding of new team members, preparing invoices, maintaining office equipment and supplies, ensuring a clean and organized office space, managing schedules and appointments and records management. Additionally, I handle statutory deductions, payroll processing including overtime and commissions, manage staff records and compiling staff training needs. Furthermore, I initiate procurement processes and ensured job descriptions are in place for my staff.
Overall, I play a key role in HR processes and provided guidance on employee issues, especially performance management and payroll.
My most relevant education has to be the Certified Human Resource Professional (CHRP) course that has helped me to develop professional skills like leadership, communication and problem-solving, that make me more effective in my HR duties. Being recognized by the industry has also given me a sense of confidence, in the hope that employers and other stakeholders recognize my value as a Certified Professional.
