- Performing Clients5 credit risk assessment by checking client CRB statement, as well as verifying client5s financial data by other available tools.
- Confirming receipt of client Mpesa statement and ensuring telephone number is 1821224Confirming the Mpesa deposits against ID no and amount on the deposit list
- Filing and reviewing of loan documents. Updating file numbers on Mifos. Ensuring all document received from branches are complete.
- Handling information requests from other departments, e.g. recovery team, front office, portfolio quality.
