am a personal and proactive self-taught call center representative and a bachelor’s degree holder in
Project Planning and Management from Moi University.
I bring comprehensive set of skills that I believe will be valuable to Call Center International Kenya that include excellent upselling techniques, conflict resolution skills in ways that I have mastered the art on how to de-escalate calls and build a positive customer experience, phone etiquette, conflict resolution and good communication skills. I take pride on my stellar communication skills. I am diligent on matters documentation and expectant about learning new techniques to help in the progress of my career.
