Between mid-December 2021 to early January 2022 I got an opportunity to work in a local construction site.I acted as a junior supervisor. My role was to hire the construction workers ,supervise them,pay them on behalf of my employees and delegate tasks and duties.I was able to acquire skills such as employee performance, hiring process and recruitment and selection
I am currently pursuing a degree in bachelor of science in Human Resource Management at JOMO KENYATTA UNIVERSITY of AGRICULTURE and TECHNOLOGY. I am in my final semester of my Third year.
I also have a certificate in Psychology from Yale University which I studied online.
