Am seeking to be part of a team where I can hone my skills and learn more about the industry. As from studying hospitality and working in the events industry I have noticed a need for quality customer service and if given the chance would like to pursue this further at academic and professional level. Dedicated, Team player and ready to learn what is thrown at me.

I have worked in the events industry as an intern then as a project manager, business developer, and finally as a logistics coordinator. From there, I have worked as a host at a high-end bar & restaurant. Currently looking to get something within the Customer Service space.

I have a BSc in Hotel and Hospitality Management from Strathmore University. This has given the knowledge of different aspects of the Hotel industry as well as industries relating to tourism, property management, and customer service as hospitality's greatest assets come in Customer Service.
