Duties Performed

• Assessment: Assessing, observing, and speaking with patients to determine their healthcare needs, and then planning and implementing appropriate interventions.
• Treatment and Monitoring: administering medications and treatments as prescribed by medical officers and specialists, monitoring patients` progress, and observing for any adverse reactions.
• Emergency procedures: assisting in emergency nursing procedures, including cardiopulmonary resuscitation, to manage a patients` physical condition.
• Inpatient and Outpatient care: Administering general nursing care to both inpatient and outpatients.
• Maternity and reproductive Health: providing maternal and child health services, including antenatal care, delivery and family planning.
• Record keeping and administration.
