Position: Junior Associate, Design and Trainer
Responsibilities:
- Support Curriculum Design: Assist the Curriculum Design team to develop and conduct a needs analysis to determine the training needs and program requirements of the target audience
- Training: Lead top-notch training and ensure quality standards are maintained as per Educate training quality guidelines including assessing participants
- Support Design Experimentation: Track learning metrics to inform the design team on engagement, attendance, and completion rate

Position: Program Officer
Responsibilities:
- Training Teachers and School Administrators in Community Service Learning.
- Recruiting Youth Volunteers, together with County Directors of Education in various counties.
- Coach and mentor Youth Volunteers on entrepreneurship, and ensure they run successful business and social projects.
- Relationship building with different stakeholders of Community Service Learning such as Kenya Institute of Curriculum Development, Teacher Service Commission Directors, County Directors of Education, and pilot schools.
- Monitoring and Evaluation of the progress of the program in pilot schools.
- Observing lessons of Community Service Learning in class, and sharing feedback with the teachers on areas of improvement.
Educate! Kenya

Position: Youth Volunteer, Co- mentor.
Responsibilities:
- Facilitate the Leadership and Entrepreneurship Course in secondary schools involved in the Educate! Program.
- Monitor the progress of the program in schools and make reports to Monitoring and Evaluation Department.
- Attend the Youth Business Experience training, so as to get the skills required to transfer to students in partner schools.
- Patron and advisor in the Educate! Clubs by guiding the students on how to run successful community and business projects both in schools and at home.
- Help youths realize their passions and potential and together we work on matching their passions with visions to bring positive change in society.
